Nutrition Coaching

We offer nutrition guidance in addition to our training programs to help you reach your fitness goals and live a healthier lifestyle.

We will teach you the different components of nutrition; calories, carbohydrates, proteins, fats and helpful supplements. A healthy eating lifestyle is not to cut out all the foods you enjoy or start an unrealistic diet that you will quit after a few weeks. The goal is an overall lifestyle change so you can start living healthier with a consistent nutrition plan. A plan you will be able to maintain long term and limit all the foods that are unhealthy to only rare special occasions. We want you to eat more of what you need and less of what you don’t.

Our Coaching Style

Our coaching style is a positive, encouraging and educational perspective to teach you what you will need to know to set you up for success.

This includes tracking your daily calories, carbohydrates, protein and fats. We will teach you how to track your food intake with a nutrition journal or app on your phone. Our trainers will be able to use your journal to coach you each time you come into the gym so you are constantly improving. We will teach you proper portion sizes as well as how to read nutrition labels so you know exactly how much you are eating in each meal. Our staff is 100% committed to giving you all the tools necessary to helping you achieve your goals.
